Château de Palayson

Château de Palayson is an award-winning vineyard estate with significant historical importance. Located in Roquebrune sur Argens, France, Château de Palayson is nestled against the Roche de Roquebrune (red rocks of Roquebrune), west of Nice, between Cannes and St Tropez.
The vineyard produces red, white and rosé wines and belong to the appellation IGP Var / Côtes de Provence.

Château de Palayson is receiving international recognition for their red wines and are included in Le Guide Hachette. Their red wines are based on Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon blends and are comparable to a cross between Bordeaux and Rhône style wines. Their white wines are made from Viognier and Vermentino (Rolle). The vineyard’s rosé wine is made from the grapes Vermentino (Rolle) and Syrah.

Château de La Cômbe

Château de La Cômbe is a family-owned, boutique vineyard near the village of Le Muy, located between the massif of La Colle du Rouet and the red cliffs of Rocher de Roquebrune. The vineyard produces a small quantity of premium, organic certified wines from hand-harvested grapes that are cultivated without the use of weed killers, insecticides or synthetic chemical products.

The wines belong to the IGP Var / Côtes de Provence appellation.

The red wines from Château de La Cômbe are of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Mourvèdre grape varieties, while their white wines are based on the grape varieties Viognier and Rolle.

Clos du Cotnarian

Clos du Cotnarian is located in Cotnari, in the northeastern part of Romania. The region has a long tradition of winemaking and is about an hour’s drive from Iași, close to the Moldavian border. Clos du Cotnarian follows many of the historical traditions of wine making from the region, including ploughing with horses, harvesting by hand and producing wines from the region’s historical grapes. The vineyard exclusively produces top-quality white wines.

The appellation belongs to Cotnari, Romania, and the vineyard is proud to be reintroducing “Wine of the Voivode,” using the grape varieties Grasa, Francusa, Tamaioasa, and Feteasca.

Domaine du Bourrian

Domaine du Bourrian has been producing wines for 150 years and is the oldest of nine wineries in the municipality of Gassin on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in Provence, the capital of rosé wine. A beautiful and sunny area, where the earth is heated by the sun’s generous rays while the sea breeze gives moisture to the grapes and helps to create the wines’ unique taste and aroma.

The vineyard’s 24 hectares of vineyards are dedicated to wines with the appellation IGP / Côtes de Provence and the grapes are grown without the use of pesticides and have organic certification (ECOCERT). The grape varieties Grenache Noir, Tibouren and Rolle add flavor to their delicate and fresh, organic rosé wines according to the classic traditions of Provence, which will easily add a little extra glamor to your life!

Domaine de la Senche

Domaine de la Senche is a small, family-owned, boutique vineyard in the heart of the village La Livinière, in Languedoc, in the south of France. Their focus is on making small quantities of high-quality organic wine, and they believe that “good wine is made in the vineyard.” Domaine de la Senche prides itself on the diversity of its different parcels of land, which add to the complexity of their wines.

From the 3,6 hectares of vines, Domaine de la Senche produces some 11.000 bottles per year. The grape varieties Syrah, Grenache and Carignan are blended to create their exquisite red wines, which belong to the appellations Minervois and Cru La Livinière.

Fattoria di Montemaggio

Family-owned, the Montemaggio Estate is located in Radda in Chianti in the heart of the Chianti Classico region in Italy. They produce handmade, 100% organic wines that include Chianti Classico, Chianti Riserva, Chianti Gran Selezione, Torre and their Super Tuscan wine Quinta Essentia. The name Montemaggio stems from “Monte Maggiore” (Big Mountain), which refers to its elevated position.

Fattoria di Montemaggio is a member of the Consortium of Chianti Classico, and the estate extends over an area of 70 hectares (about 190 acres) of vineyards, olive groves and woods. The soil is rich in galestro, sandstone and alberese. Montemaggio’s main grape variety is Sangiovese, with small additions of Merlot, Pugnitello, Chardonnay, Malvasia Nera and Ciliegiolo.

Vencac Wine

Vinarija Aleksandrovic

The Aleksandrović family has been making wine for over a
century. With a deep-rooted connection to the culture, land, and history,
Vinarija Aleksandrović is located just 80 km south of the Serbian capital of Belgrade in the ancient and beautiful region of Oplenac, known for its history of
viticulture, winemaking, and rich, historical heritage.

Vinarija Aleksandrović is currently the leading private vineyard in Serbia and all their wines are exclusively produced from grapes that are grown on their own 75ha of land. Vines are grouped in three locations: Vinca, Jezevac and Bokanja. All three locations are within a few kilometers of the winery and are all characterized by different microclimates and soil types belonging to brown forest soil and vertisol. Their philosophy is based on quality and is deep-rooted in a handcrafted approach.

UNCLE'S

UNCLE’S wines are made in very small quantities (1 or 2 barriques), all French oak for the white wines, new and old barriques for the red wines. There are two reasons for this. Less new wood influence, and secondly it was practical.

For Andrew Kilian, winemaking is to care and nurture something beautiful which nature has gifted us. Let the wine guide you and accompany you on its amazing journey full of passion, emotion and time. Andrew only intervenes when necessary and goes a lot on his gut feel!

Weingut Johanninger

WEINGUT JOHANNINGER was founded in the year 1994 by the Haas and Schufried families. The establishment had been preceded by a longtime friendship between Markus Haas and Dieter Schufried. Since then, they have united their own cultures for wine and indulgence and philosophy of life.

Weingut Johanninger is eco-certified, and all wines are also produced vegan. They do not use chemicals; only organic compost to improve the soil. Appropriate measures in the vineyards help to keep the grapes healthy. The fully ripe grapes are processed with special care during and after harvest. In the consistently cool vaulted cellars, the wines are vinified with the utmost care, almost exclusively dry, and bottled only after a long period of maturation.

CLOS JANGLI®

The CLOS JANGLI® vineyards are located in the Luxembourg Moselle, an area rich in biodiversity, not far from Remich, at the place called Scheierberg. Ideally facing south-southwest, the vineyard benefits from a clay-limestone soil and a unique subsoil containing gypsum, which gives the future wines a rare character and a good dose of minerality.

But that’s not all – the organic approach complimented with the respect of biodiversity (use of ladybugs and other insects against mosquitoes, use of oats as a remedy for certain diseases, etc.), the manual work – all this contributes to the optimal development of the grapes. Not to mention the special relationship Stéphane has with his vines: “I caress the plants and talk to them.” The result is grapes of a superior quality that still surprises his winegrower friends.

AAGIN Dry Gin
Master Distiller

AAGIN - The Spirit of Berlin

AAGIN inspires both the senses and the mind. It is a distilled union of passion, experience, and tradition. Seductively fruity and complex, AAGIN uses carefully selected botanicals, such as the scent of magnificent rose gardens, spicy notes of coriander and cardamom, fresh citrus fruits, and pure Berlin drinking water.

AAGIN founder and winemaker Markus Haas (Weingut Johanninger) discovered the boiler house of the former luxury papermill, Albrecht und Meister, on Aroser Allee in Berlin. This is where his vision of the AAGIN distillery was born, and the place that is now home for producing masterfully hand-crafted gin.
